How do tracking credits work?
Every active order is automatically checked every 6 hours to detect progress, completion, or stalls.
Each check costs 1 credit per order. If you have 100 active orders, that's 400 credits/day.
Your plan includes base credits that renew monthly. Prepaid credits never expire and roll over.
If credits run out, tracking pauses (no data lost). It resumes automatically when you add more credits.
